The fourth menu sought to integrate places in Guatemala into the guiding thread of time and history that is usually explored. This was done with the aim of creating a stronger connection with diners and momentarily transporting them to spaces they could recognize and enjoy.

In this way, the menu featured a map of the country highlighting different locations and narrating the events that had taken place there throughout history.

This made the menu’s creative process more complex, as each dish not only had to convey the story and its context but also transport guests to that specific place. This is how dishes such as “Cuenca Mirador,” “Las Verapaces,” “Antigua Guatemala,” “Lago de Atitlán,” and “La Terminal” came to life.
