INSPIRACIÓN

In February 1938, Antoine de Saint Exupéry landed in Guatemala to refuel, but unfortunately his plane crashed shortly after takeoff, leaving him seriously injured and forcing him to stay in the country. It was here where, according to Jorge Carrol, he was inspired in Antigua Guatemala to create Asteroid B612, and where, according to popular stories, Cerro de Oro (Hill of Gold), south of Lake Atitlán, inspired the famous drawing of the boa constrictor that had swallowed an elephant.
